Our links-style course, designed by golf legend Greg Norman, is a true masterpiece of design, engineering, and skillful play. We are proud to be the first golf course in the Middle East to have hosted the season opener of The International Series on the Asian Tour.

Putting Al Mouj Golf on the World Stage

The International Series was a highly prestigious tournament that attracted some of the world’s best golfers. In 2023, we were excited to have welcomed 132 top-level pros, including famous names like Sergio Garcia and Louis Oouisthazen. With a prize fund of $2 million, the competition promised to be thrilling and we couldn’t wait to see who would emerge as the winner.

Kanaya Emerges Victorious

In the end, it was Takumi Kanaya who emerged as the winner of the International Series Oman. The Japanese golfer showcased his skills and determination, taking on the challenges of the Greg Norman-designed course with confidence and precision. With a final score of 18-under par, Kanaya secured his victory and claimed the top prize of $360,000. His impressive performance earned him widespread acclaim from fans and experts alike, cementing his position as one of the rising stars of the golf world.

In 2022, Today’s Golfer placed us in the top two golf courses in the region.
